Passavant Senior Living Community
For over 100 years, Lutheran SeniorLife has been a premier provider of senior living and health care communities for Northwestern Pennsylvania's aging seniors.
As one of these state-of-the-art communities, Passavant Senior Living Community; located in Zelienople, Pennsylvania; offers independent residential living, personal care, and assisted living care in addition to health and wellness services for its residents.
In 2014, in an effort to modernize their campus, Passavant Senior Living Community replaced its largest facility, Olde Main, and 38 outdated cottages with a new, expanded main building, 20 new independent living apartments and 10 new cottages. This multi-faceted construction project required a comprehensive interior and exterior signage program that provided facility navigation as well as promote the Lutheran SeniorLife brand.
After connecting with Passavant at a Senior Living Conference in the spring of 2014, Howard Industries PRIME Sign Program was able to thoroughly evaluate the signage needs of Passavant Senior Living Community’s expanding campus and provide a fresh, modernized signage brand design for both the interior of the new building as well as the exterior grounds of the entire senior living complex. Phase one, consisting of over 350 interior signs, was installed in the new facility in early June of 2014, followed by additional interior signs in July. Exterior signage was installed in spring of 2017.
