With her BFA in Graphic Design from R.I.T., Jen began her signage industry career with Howard Industries’ PRIME Sign Program in 2004 as a Signage Design Illustrator. From there she grew her industry knowledge base with hands-on production and installation contributions; Jen later advanced to Project Specialist, Program Director and most recently to National Sales Manager. Jen is a sports fanatic and a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan.

Mike is an Erie, PA native with a strong background in sales and marketing that he brought with him in 2013 to Howard Industries' PRIME Sign Program. He brings with him a competitive spirit and strong communication skills. With a love of dogs, Mike has 5 golden retrievers that love to be outside. He also was a 23 year member of the P.G.A. of America, with a passion for golf and travel.

Hailing from neighboring community, Girard, PA, Michelle joined Howard Industries' PRIME Sign Program toting with her thirty-one years of customer service, sales, and sales management experience. Michelle is a people person who truly appreciates the one-on-one interaction sales/customer service provides and she continually strives for total client satisfaction. Her personal hobbies include cooking, baking, and devoting time to help animal rescue organizations; she too is a lover of four-legged, fury friends.

Originally from North East, PA, Mark joined the Air Force where he served 4 years before settling down in Edinboro, PA. He joined Howard Industries' PRIME Sign Program in 2012 bringing with him managerial skills from his time working within the restaurant industry for 10 years. Mark enjoys coaching swim, yard work and maintain his animal farm of 4 dogs, 3 cats, a rabbit, guinea pig, chinchilla and 30 chickens.
